Kate Bosworth wasn't the only stylish bride coming down the aisle this weekend. In Monaco on Saturday, Tatiana Santo Domingo said "I do" to Andrea Casiraghi. The well-connected couple — she's the niece of Lauren Santo Domingo and he's the son of Caroline of Hanover — wed in front of chic guests including Karl Lagerfeld, Eugenie Niarchos, and jewelry designer Noor Fares. The bride wore a plunging custom Missoni embroidered gown and a boho baby's breath wreath to match the dress's laid-back tone. While we only have a singular official shot to muse over, Instagram has gifted us with a virtual wedding album to peruse.

There are wedding gowns, and then there are wedding gowns — and the custom Oscar de la Renta dress Kate Bosworth wore to marry Michael Polish on Saturday was definitely in the latter category.

The actress tied the knot with the director at The Ranch at Rock Creek in Philipsburg, MT, surrounded by a group of 50 friends and family members. British Vogue reports that the dress had an eight-foot-long, 16-foot-wide train that Bosworth paired with a full-length veil. The couple exchanged custom rings by fine jewelry retailer Ocappi. She also wore a pair of shoes from Jimmy Choo (the Lotus sandal, to be exact) when she walked down the aisle and later changed into another de la Renta dress for the reception. The groom went for a classic suit from Brooks Brothers.

To many brides, a dream wedding includes all the flourishes, including an all-you-can-pour open bar. But let's face it: with some venues charging $30 per person or more, many couples must find alternatives in order to keep wedding costs from floating out of reach. But don't sign up for a cash bar yet: we're serving up a few ideas on how to keep your beverage budget in line so that your dream wedding doesn't become the wet blanket for your big day!

• Create a few signature cocktails. Give your guests a taste of your personality as a couple by serving a signature drink or two. You'll limit the amount of alcohol imbibed since you can incorporate inexpensive mixers, and you can choose a less expensive brand of alcohol. Not only will this selection help you stick to your budget, but also, your guests will enjoy learning more about you through your drink choices!
• Use the bar's well alcohol. Some bars and bartenders get deals on certain types of liquor — savings they can pass on to you!
• Create a beverage bar. A serve-yourself cocktail bar lets you control the amount of alcohol your guests consume if you provide dispensers with a couple of bases (say, a raspberry lemonade vodka mixture). But give them plenty of fruits and other fun mixers to create something unique and their own.

A save-the-date might be your guests' first impression of your big event, but is it imperative that it arrive embossed on heavy cardstock? With so many paper-light or paperless options out there, your wedding stationery could be the simplest way to trim back your budget and help you afford that honeymoon in the Maldives!

• Investigate printing options. Letterpress may be the ticket to an expensive-looking invitation, but the price usually matches the appearance. Look into thermography, which provides similar raised printing for much less than traditional letterpress. Or, for casual wedding invites, laser printing is fast and inexpensive.
• Go paperless. Evite may have been the first to market with online invitations, but plenty of other services have followed suit with gorgeous templates and customization options to create the online save-the-date or wedding invitation of your dreams. Try Paperless Post, Glo, or Pingg. Most options allow you to send an invitation and field RSVPs without a single stamp. Even if you send paper invitations, cut down on costs by asking guests to RSVP by email or on a password-protected website.
• Print your own. If you're a whiz in Photoshop (or have a good pal who is), then think about designing and printing your own invitations and stationery. It might be more work, but you'll have the flexibility to choose any printing method that works with your budget, and you'll have the satisfaction of creating works of art for your big day!
